After my daughter was accepted into SBCC, I was hoping to find the perfect place for her to call home. All of the properties in Isla Vista were just too old, quiet, and had one dishwasher at best. Even worse, the culture along D.P. was oppressively modest. From the puritanical dress code to the tyrannical open container laws, I knew immediately the real I.V. was no place to set up my teenage daughter for a lifetime of success.
Enter: The Cove.
They sold us a real illusion of utopia at that leasing office. Based on the VR walkthroughs, infused with a jolt of feigned generosity from the free sodas and ice creams they offered my (diabetic) wife, I was certain we found the solution to our predicament: how to burn $1500/month on a shared bedroom for my daughter while she enriched her mind at a world-class community college.
Yet, this was too good to be true. After just a few weeks living in her shared house, I hear nothing but complaints.
She’s getting no sleep. Her closet can’t fit enough cowboy boots and miniskirts. Her housemates all drive nicer cars than we can afford. Despite all those snazzy stainless-steel appliances, the Michelob Ultra still tastes like garbage, the lagoon smells, and those pesky speed bumps down Sierra Madre Court just won't erode no matter how fast she speeds over them. If she lives until next year, she can just stay with my sister downtown.

Moving my daughter into her 1st year apartment/dorm is stressful enough. But thanks to Kaelen and Sly they made sure that we were completely satisfied to the extent that Sly changed the room assignment to make sure we were happy.
Thanks for your help and I would recommend this company to anyone.
One more thing of note. I went looked at about a 1/2 dozen other student housing apartments, and most were a disaster. The Cove was like a breath of fresh air.

The Cove looks like a beautiful place to live! The staff I talked to were amazing, it would be nice to have landlords that are actually invested with the tenants!
