- AAanonNov 5, 20251.0our unit was covered in mildew and what was definitely mold and/or extremely poor ventilation. myself and roommates were constantly sick while living there due to the moisture in the walls/ceiling. rat infestation also occurred and resulted in myself and housemates having to catch the rat while it ran between different units in the complex. be advised that solis is owned by private equity group(s); their goal is to maximize profit while doing as little upgrades to their properties as possible. check out other rental companies for same price points with units that aren’t covered in mildew and rats 👍 :)
