    It's a brand new luxury building but basic infrastructure such as door locks or fire alarms are broken at least once a month since we moved in. Contrary to the listing the apartments are not 'ethernet-ready' and the fiber drop is behind a fire-safety wall so wifi performance is very poor. The only allowed ISP is Cox because of a pre-negotiated wiring contract for the building. The 'pet friendly' community has removed all of the grass so there are no longer any areas for your housebroken pets to use but still expect $600 /yr per pet fees to be paid in full. The HOA bans animals on any of their grass so all of the homeowners leave their pet waste at the apartments instead. No parking for our guests anywhere within 2 blocks of the complex due to HOA rules (but HOA members can park directly outside the building). My mother-in-law had a seizure walking across the bridge back to her car in the cold because she couldn't park within a reasonable distance when she visited. Apartment management is a full voting member of the area HOA but refuses to exercise their voting power and as such residents of the apartment complexes suffer to rules that benefit the homeowners in the area instead (such as the pet waste problem above). Problems aside, the staff has been kind and courteous; Andy helped us greatly with alternate accommodations when the building occupancy license was delayed by the state and affected our move-in. Peter does the best job that he can to take care of residents within the authority granted by his manager, Noah. Maintenance is VERY responsive to requests; Edgar is the best.
