    I would strongly suggest avoiding this apartment building. While the upkeep costs may seem reasonable at first, the management's inefficiency and lack of care quickly become a major disadvantage. Be aware of this before signing a lease.

    My experience living at Arrive Los Carneros has been very positive. The apartments are a very good size and has high end appliances ,smart kevo front door entry ,nest thermostat ,central Air Conditioner , the apartments also come with Sonos Sound system and Echo Alexa. I love mentioning this as no other apartment around us has all these features! Thanks to the helpful and wonderful maintenace technician Edgar, the grounds are always clean and the maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Coming to the office has always been a very pleasant experience, the property manager Nirosha is alway with a smile and very helpful and throws fun resident events. Living here is wonderful and I highly recommend it!
