Tyra and Ricky were amazing help! They were very cordial, friendly, and positive in setting us up for a two-roommate and a guarantor situation.
I would definitely recommend them to others interested in apartment housing in the Fullerton area, including my own daughter when she enrolls in Cal State Fullerton!
Warmest regards,

I’ve been living at UCE APartments for school my first semester and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. As a student, I was really looking for a place that felt welcoming, comfortable, and convenient — and this more than delivers.
From day one, the leasing office staff have been incredibly warm and helpful. They made the move‑in process smooth, answered all my questions, and always have a friendly vibe when I stop by. The amenities — especially the study spaces, gym, and pool — are awesome. They offer everything I need to balance school, rest, and social time.
The location is fantastic: close to campus, shopping, transit, and other essentials, so I don’t spend much time commuting or searching for basics. The area feels safe and inviting, with good neighbors and a lot of spots to hang out or grab food.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend UCE Apartments to any student looking for more than just a place to sleep — this is somewhere you can actually thrive.
I’ve had a great experience so far at UCE Apartments. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location, which makes living here really enjoyable. One of the best parts of my experience has been the staff. In particular, Tyra has been incredibly helpful and friendly.

I lived here for 3 years and just moved out a couple of months ago. The stay was pleasant as it was a convenient location as a student. Not too many issues during our stay. Unfortunately the whole experience was ruined now because management has been lying over and over about when they will call me back to go over my deposit. I was wrongfully charged for preexisting damages that I have emailed them photo proof of. The manager Tyra has been very unprofessional arguing the damages with me but saying it’s not up to her (then why argue?) and that she will call me “this week” (2 weeks ago) and then later on claiming she will call me “later today” (1 week ago) and I still have gotten no call from her. The photo proof shows dates that the damages were there already, but management rather argue nonsense than refund me and my roommates the 400$ or so for those damages. A 3 year stay of rent for this company but them being unprofessional about 400$ is really upsetting. Management is a joke. They have too much to handle since they work with UCA as well. Not an excuse to be terrible at your job. The photos below are how we got the apartment. “Move in ready”
