I find it really unacceptable and extremely unprofessional for UCA staff to be extremely rude to my GF after I left 2 VMs messages 12/1 giving them the heads up and setting up two online appointments 12/1 and 12/2. I have yet received a phone call and there was no one there on site expecting my GF. ZERO STARS

Absolutely disgusting called fair housing and health department because this is so disgusting believe the reviews look at yelp there is an infestation here And it’s poorly ran they do not care these claims date back as far as 4 years , crazy thing is we have one been here 5 days and haven’t even brought any food into the apartment and HAD TO HIRE OUR OWN DEEP CLEANERS BEFORE WE MOVED ON BECAUSE THW UNIT WAS FILTHY. So even after a professional deep clean and NO FOOD STILL WE ARE FINDING ROACHES. Their so called “Exterminators” come in with a can of raid and leave your unit smelling horrible for days just for the roaches to return to their regularly scheduled business like they have been here for years . This is disgusting I promise the convince of walking to school is not worth living with little roaches that get into everything clothes , food , furniture you name it they get into it . This place needs to be closed down
