- JPJannet PelayoOct 17, 20251.0There's no parking for visitors... well, they're always taken buy the same people that live there.They call the tow truck if a visitor leaves their car in your carport(be aware). They also take a long time to fix anything inside your apartment. Maintenance people are super rude, specially the young one with a beard. When he passes by the cars that are parked in the guess parking, he hits the side mirror with his arm. I've seen him do this several times.

I went there to pick up an application and it’s like they want your entire personal information normally when you wanna rent from an apartment complex you normally submit paystub’s this place wants to Two months of bank statements and the worst part is they even want two years of taxes! That is so crazy! So this is a heads up for anybody that wants to apply here Just know they wanna see way too much personal information from you. I will rent somewhere else that doesn’t hide things over the phone.
