- EMElaine MartinezDec 24, 20221.0My dad recently moved out. They over charged him a ridiculous amount of move out charges. Aside from wear and tear, his place was left in an excellent condition, pretty much move in ready. I am a property manager and I can honestly tell you they charged for things they should not have. They also kept his full pet deposit- no breakdown specified. His dog did not cause any damage what so ever.
- O1Oriann 13Apr 5, 20195.0I had a wonderful experience living here. I lived in a gorgeous large two bedroom over sized one bath apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Management was amazing, always available for questions and quick to fix any issues. Plenty of parking available for visitors and extra cars never a problem. Although I didn't take advantage of all the amenities like I should have gym, pool, hot tub, hair salon, and recreation room which is free to use for events with pool table, computer room and TV's. I did use the nail salon and Liz was fantastic and very friendly. It was great being able to live in a small and safe community and having everything that you need so close by, restuarants, grocery stores and gas stations is always a plus in my book.Thanks Tamera &Tom for making our stay at Villa Faria great.
