  I wouldn’t bother renting here they have wasted our time and at this point holding our 300 dollar holding deposit. Only to be told that the 2 apartment that the claim were available are now being rented. I truly believe they have no interest in renting to people with section 8 I put a 300 holding deposit on dec 20 we will see how long it will take to receive any or all of it back which my mom demanded she gets all her deposit back and she did go off and I don’t blame her after what they did isn’t a holding deposit supposed to mean your holding it for us if we weren’t interested we would have gone elsewhere. Now we have even less time since wasting weeks with this place

  I have lived here almost 3 years and the apartments, in and of themselves, are not bad. Certainly, we could get a cheaper apartment with better amenities, but the apartments are in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, I am writing an emotional post because I am a woman of a certain age with asthma and my air conditioner is not working. Although management is quite nice, and I believe concerned about the quality of service they provide, they are not dependable. When things break down, as they do in older apartments, it takes days to get them fixed because obviously what is important to me...like a cooler apartment that I pay rent for (on time) each month, is not quite as important to them. This is not the first time something has broken and its not the first time I feel as though management has been dishonest and unconcerned. Although the apartments are not bad, I will be glad when I can afford to move somewhere where management is more drpendable and I dont have to sweat when I have an air conditioner that should be working.

  People don’t go to live in this apartments because their managers is cheaters. Their services are very bad. My door was broken and they told me that they gonna come and repair it but they didn’t came. And I live 5 month with broken door. And when I have to move I pass them my home and they charge me 1500$ for nothing.
