- JMJulio MartinezJul 20, 20161.0If I could add a negative star I would. Don't move to this place they keep your deposit when you move out and then some. They want tenants to pay to make apartment move in ready this is not fair or legal. Also we moved in on the pretense that it was a quiet and safe environment. But that was NOT the case! A lot of apartments with suspicious activity. Moving out of these apartments was the best decision my wife and I could have made.
