  This is my second time working with Caleb and his team this year. He is timely and responsive. He helped me calculate several different options to best fit our needs and we closed on time (27 days) and with out hiccup or issue. His professionalism can not me beat! Work with Caleb!

  I tried refinancing with my current mortgage company but the rep would make appointments to call me back and would not call as agreed. I tried refinancing with an online company and the cost they wanted to charge me was over $21,000. As a last resort, I contacted Caleb at Big Valley Mortgage and was not disappointed. He worked with me every step of the way, kept me informed, made the process very easy and the Refi cost was far less than other companies wanted to charge me. His assistant Joe Parks is amazing and will answer the phone or reply to your messages within minutes!! They make a great team and I highly recommend Caleb and Joe at Big Valley Mortgage!! I just closed with them yesterday and am so happy with their service!!! 😃
