- AHAhmed HussainNov 5, 20251.0The new community manager, Norma Duarte, has been very rude and unprofessional toward tenants. Her attitude makes it difficult to communicate or resolve issues properly. Management should take this seriously and consider replacing her, as residents deserve respectful and supportive treatment.
- AAAdnan AhmedDec 4, 20211.0I planned to move in back and applied for the new apartment. The new management is really shady, won't tell you everything until they waste all of your time. Wouldn't recommend it. Literally too much time wasted Called pg&e, got my renters insurance, paid the monthly rent, scheduled WiFi installation, filled the application, made the tour etc etc. even after everything is approved on the day when they are supposed to give the keys, got a phone call and says we cannot proceed with next steps. And they don't give any concrete reason, nothing is documented in their legal policies. Everything is verbal communication, so if you still decide to move make sure you ask them send you all the policies via email (which they don't have).
