(my first time taking mortgage here in the U.S). I can say that I got very bad feedback from other people on well Fargo, that they are slow to close and surprise you etc.. none of that happened and they had the best rates on the market for me. one thing I want to say to everyone needing a mortgage, always be ahead of the curve and have all your documents ready. it helped me in the process and the documents exchange with Tonjia and others was a breeze and over secure email at the same day. I would recommend her services any time and I enjoyed being her customer. she is very customer obsessed and you don't see it that often!

When I spoke with the manager about this, I was told that it was not his problem. Wells Fargo did nothing to assist me with this matter.
