  Very disappointed in the service here. It is impossible to contact anyone to begin with and when we finally did, we scheduled a tour for the following day only to find that the leasing office is closed and no one was in.

  Management is pretty cool but parking is a hassle. We have people that live in the apartments across the way that take our parking so when I'm home from work late at night, there's nothing left.

  I've been a tenant for 2 years. I only checked Google b/c I can never the remember the address. I read the negative reviews and have no idea where they've been living - maybe a different floor? I will say that if you can't get along w/this apartment manager (who is really great) you are not likely to get along w/any apartment managers. She is totally on top of everything. Have a complaint about a rule violation? She is on it. Have a maintenance problem - I haven't had one - but there's a 24 hr line. My only problem is I didn't realize how difficult it would be to get into the garage attached to the unit. I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbors if they clomp around, but it's better than most I've been in. It's expensive - can't be helped.

  New apartments close to freeway access and yet country feel. Management personable and helpful. Enjoyed living there and had no problems. Would move back if returned to Ca.
