  Four days I didn’t have hot water. I called them and they never call me back. I have no idea what kind of team they have for plumbing pretty bad service.

  I’m a current resident here, have been living here for almost 3 years, never had a problem until today. This is a lengthy one but I had some family visiting and there was some confusion on parking - and the asst manager Jennifer rudely told them they needed to park in carport 30, which was incorrect information - my carport is #31. I directed my cousins to move their car to guest parking, additionally my cousin also has a car permit for the area. Jennifer left me a voicemail telling me that there was an unauthorized car parked in carport 30 (yes the incorrect number she gave my family) and it would be towed if not moved by 4pm. I called her back to tell her my cousins moved their car to guest parking and that they have a permit. And I was trying to explain that she was giving them incorrect information that my carport is #31. She then started arguing with me saying my port was #30, she was so defensive and kept aggressively claiming my number as #30, that “that’s what’s in the system”, I then told her I’ve been 31 since 2023, and if I’m truly carport #30 who will be telling my neighbor that he is #31, I can’t suddenly park in #30 when another resident currently thinks that’s their parking. Jennifer would not listen and kept talking over me in a awfully rude and aggressive tone of voice saying she “wouldn’t be talked to like this” when in reality she was the one being very rude, wasn’t listening and wouldn’t let me speak, I kept trying to explain when she suddenly hung up on me - yes that’s how a tenant of almost 3 years is being treated. I called her back and I asked her name and she said I am Jennifer THEE assistant manager, as if that was her shield, and then she goes “actually Jasmine you are correct you are carport 31” and then hung up on me! It was a truly baffling and an awful experience. Like I said I have never had any problems with anyone from the office, but Jennifer treated me and my family awfully. Also I still have the original voicemail from her where she said my carport is 31….so she clearly confused herself, and was loud and wrong.

  Front Desk girl with the black hair was so incredibly rude, Interiors smelled like mold.

  Sleazy company. I've been waiting for my deposit refund for 35 days. Jennifer Kumar has no concept of customer service and is completely inept.
