- NInicole isaakJul 30, 20251.0Rude, inefficient, no follow through. This is basically a collections services as they do not successfully manage the building at all. After a rent increase I called to ask about possible improvements to the property and was responded with “if you don’t like it you can leave”. They’re trying to get rid of long term renters so they can collect higher rents. No sense of appreciation or loyalty, simply money grabbers.
