He was very professional and thorough on the phone, asking for our address in order to get a visual of the possible job over the phone. After seeing our property online he accepted the job and gave us an estimate and timeline. He let us know that he would be out twice and gave us a timeline. He had a certified survey and letter for us within the allotted job time. We appreciated his timeliness and expertise!

I'm glad I received a 'prompt' reply from Branden. He knows what he's doing, found my 'true' property lines (one neighbors fence is 3' onto MY land). He pushed through the brush, explained what he was doing the entire way, provided stakes for visuals, and was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I must admit, I emailed another company BUT, after one month of NEVER receiving a reply I am GLAD I went with NCG. How refreshing to have someone who enjoys their work AND returns calls.
