  Just moved in but so far the experience has been amazing. Lydia and the team have been so helpful and kind during what can be a super stressful day. Apartment was nice and clean when we moved in and any issues were addressed or going to be addressed.

  Last weekend I hosted a Veterans Day BBQ. There was a great turnout. I wanted to give a shoutout to a few residents that were extremely helpful in cleaning up and tearing down the event: Robin, Johnnie, and Jacob. Many thanks!!!!

  This place is really ghetto looks are deceiving at first visit of the place I thought it was ok till after I moved in I saw it for what it was. We had constant water shutoffs and power outages. The laundry rooms forget about it a whole year and nothing done to fix the machines they constantly kept my money and never received compensation. We had to constantly deal with the apartment roach problem we put a request for the unit to be fumigated but that still didn’t help I came with no bugs and left having to throw away most of my furniture and belongings because of it. Forget getting your deposit back they come up with anything to keep your money I took it as a loss living there anyway. Constant homeless problem going in the garbage cans. My car was broken into. The pool area always was dirty with trash and they never cleaned the pool. My old neighbor always asked me about wanting to buy drugs or if I knew anyone that wanted to buy. People were always playing loud music late night and always having loud arguments or guys hanging out the windows of a black car doing donuts. This place is not worth it just because you can afford it, don’t replace safety for affordability. This place is practically like section 8 housing. All management cares about is making the money and no shits given for the renters. I wish the city would flag this place and make them bring it up to modern code and standards. This is not ok or acceptable.

  I was here on Tuesday the 21st of October with my daughter and the gentleman that helped her name was Lorenzo and he was just awesome! He was very thorough, He took his time, He broke down everything down as far as what she needed, how she can qualify. What money she needs to make to qualify like he was very detailed. He had great knowledge on the apartment on the area and he was just full of answers and he was very professional. That's top notch customer service right there. Thank you very much. Lorenzo for all your help and kindness.

  MOLD CENTRAL - I lived here for one year and had to leave as soon as the lease was up. * Laundry Machines are constantly broken. at one point only 5 machines in one of the laundry rooms was functional out of 12 machines. they also charge 3.25 for one load of laundry and 4.00 for the dryer. such a scam when none of the machines are ever available and the laundromat is so much cheaper. The machines also very often take money but don't start. leasing never refunds. * Window sills are constantly MOLDY. windows create so much condensation and maintenance will only wipe them off and paint over the mold * One of our windows would not open at all and maintenance never fixed it. This caused our apartment to be stuffy and we could never properly air out the room. *Once there was a officer involved shooting in the back near our apartments and when my boyfriend called the leasing office to let them know to tell people to not go outside, they didn't even care. they said there was nothing they could do even though they could have easily sent out an email warning residents *The complex is constantly having water issues. at first it was fine and they would let us know via email when there was a planned shut off, but as the year progressed it happened more and more without warning. *strange people are constantly wandering the complex. They come in through the back where the drainage ditch is. Apt does not do enough to monitor. constant people going through trash or walking around that don't live here
