Pros: The property is generally quiet, especially in the front areas. The office staff are friendly, professional, and respectful. Grounds and common areas are well maintained, including the grass, recreation room, and pool/spa, which is consistently clean. Maintenance is reliable—work orders are handled promptly and efficiently. I also appreciate the convenient walking distance to Walmart and nearby shopping centers. Staff Recognition: •Danny (Porter/Maintenance): One of the best employees I’ve seen in over a decade here. He is hardworking, professional, and courteous, often cleaning the property in extreme heat or rain while greeting residents. He has also assisted with maintenance in my unit. •Lorenzo (Office Staff): Extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. He consistently provides excellent customer service whenever I need assistance. When I needed help, he was on it. And he’s polite to people viewing the property as he takes them on a walk through of the property. I hope Danny, Lorenzo, and the maintenance staff who recently worked on my apartment continue to remain here, as they are professional, productive, and a great asset to the community.
