Thankfully I was able to get the proof I need to prove my signature has been forged. HELLO PEOPLE it’s 2025 it’s not hard to prove I was no longer in the state of California, SOMEONE IS LYING AND SENDING MY INFO TO DEBT COLLECTIONS!! RUN THE OTHER WAY, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET AHOLD OF WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place for walking, the complex is beautiful and clean and only half a mile away from old town where there’s always events going on. It’s not loud and the neighbors are kind. The gym is clean, and so are the pool and spas. Management and Maintenance were great - if I had an issue they’d address it immediately 10/10, pricey but you get what you pay for.
- ARArturo RomoNov 18, 20181.0Bed Bugs! They had bed bugs in various apartments and even sent out a notice, but when I found bed bugs in my apartment they accused me of bringing them. They even wanted me to pay for the exterminator. The neighbors told me management went to them and tried to solicit a complaint against me so they could kick me out. They did this because I didn’t want to pay for something they were responsible for. These apartments are overpriced and management is terrible.
