- BSBarry SmithMay 29, 20255.0I've lived at Scottsmen for about three years. Everyday I wake up to beautiful redwood trees and rosebushes that are landscaped well. The pool and jacuzzi are kept up well. Monica the manager responds quickly to any issue I have had (which haven't been many). I enjoy it here, so only move in if you enjoy a quiet, beautiful place to live that doesn't break the bank - and you are a decent person (don't ruin it for the rest of us).

Great place for walking, the complex is beautiful and clean and only half a mile away from old town where there’s always events going on. It’s not loud and the neighbors are kind. The gym is clean, and so are the pool and spas. Management and Maintenance were great - if I had an issue they’d address it immediately 10/10, pricey but you get what you pay for.

- TTTopher ToastAug 24, 20235.0We've been in the market for an apartment for a while, one day I was driving by and seen an apartment complex that was green and had nice big trees outside for shade, the grounds looked well maintained. When I got home I did some research on the place, and called to schedule a tour. Rusty took us on a tour of the grounds and of a few potential apartments, he answered all our questions and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very professional and also quick to respond with to any emails and calls. Gym is nice, place is quite, very clean.

When you move out be very careful about how you leave the apartment because they'll suck every dime out of your deposit. I was only there for a year and didn't get one peny back! They lied about certain areas being dirty, when I specifically spent a day cleaning it. Like the toilet and "dusty fans" which I cleaned. Look at all your options before choosing this place. I plan on taking legal action, because this is extremely unfair!
