- VVVenusOct 13, 20251.0I love the flowers and the landscaping, but there is a massive issue with mosquitos. You can’t go outside without getting absolutely eaten by them. They likely come from the flooding that happens every single night. They’re always working on the sprinkler system but because of the way the sidewalks are, all of the water will always pool so bad that you actually HAVE to walk in the wet grass at night to get anywhere, because it’s going to get you less wet than the sidewalks, which hold several inches of water in places. The sidewalks need redone entirely to prevent this, along with some form of proper drainage. The mosquitoes are a nightmare and need to be eliminated. The roaches aren’t ideal either, but they do seem to spray for those and keep those under control (ish).

They have a ton of amenities and now with the NEW management, super caring individuals, who have been nice to work with... When we first got here our pg&e bill was outrageous, over $350 a month... come to find out our unit was out of freon, that took a few months to figure out and fix. Then come to find out our son’s room was invested with termites, they won’t tent... but they will spray... which takes 6 months to kill them... now here we are 4 months later our pantry is FULL OF TERMITES!!! In our food, all over our floor and can’t get the bug guy for 2 days... we have to live with them... apparently this has been an issue in this particular unit for about 6 years... We are at our wits end and said we were moving, they said we needed to continue to pay our rent until someone else fills our unit... we have 2 months left... Good luck future tenants... we feel so dirty and we got no emotional response... This place has a lot of good qualities, but this has been the icing on the cake!
