My sink frame broken, hot water intermittent, ac was very weak which included heating, security gate left open ALL the time, so people hung out there and made lots of noise/talking very loud at all hours, not safe for pets, washer/dryers usually broken, the trash bins usually full trash spilled everywhere and the best part? MY CEILING CAVED IN AND TRACY SAID I NEEDED TO CALL MY INSURANCE CO. WHO DOES THAT? IT IS THEIR NEGLIGENCE THAT CAUSED IT!! Took over a week to repair and yes, it was raining. I changed the bucket when it was full since they never returned after I showed them, offered me the model but it had NO wi-fi - so how was I to work? They didn't care. There are cockroaches in the hot months (I left just as they started showing up). The leasing office never answers the phone, and they made no apologies. The pool serves the entire city block since they don't monitor who comes/goes so go there to swim during hot months. They don't care! If you don't have high expectations, live here. If you want to be treated respectfully, go somewhere else.
