So when I first moved in here it was in a pinch I didn’t do research I just signed the lease and thank god is it finally over I do not recommend anyone lives here ever unless you’re ok with living with cockroach infestation and poor service you will be paying 2,000 a month to live in a 800sqft bug infested nightmare. Now when I originally moved in the ac didn’t work even though they assured me multiple times everything has been walked through and tested multiple times before moving in and it still took them over 6 weeks to fix the ac after about 2 weeks o noticed a cockroach and immediately put a request in to get it handled and my unit get sprayed they said they would have someone come out on said day that week and requested I pull everything out of my cabinets and box them up for the unit to be sprayed well no one ever showed up and they closed the work order as completed when I complained they wrote nothing back in response and it never got taken care of the entire duration of my lease I put in multiple work orders my cabinets falling apart they don’t come a light goes out they don’t come but don’t worry ALL of the work orders are going to show completed. The office is useless unless you’re handing them money they do not care about their tenants and overall this place is a very poorly managed complex what they need is a management reset fire all existing staff and hire new ones because the ones they have now are extremely lazy and complacent not to mention the multiple drug deals I see happen on a daily basis while I lived there so if you’re looking for a nice place for you and you’re family to rent keep looking cuz this place isn’t the one.
