  I had the pleasure of working with Pam during my home search, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond in every way. Although we didn’t end up buying our dream home mainly because the area we’re looking in has very limited inventory Pam gave me her full attention, time, and effort throughout the entire process. She dedicated all her resources to finding the right fit and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. For now, I’ve decided to hold off on purchasing until the right opportunity comes along, but I wanted to write this review to let anyone looking for a home know that Pam is someone you want on your side. She’s professional, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. Even though I’ve decided to take a different route for now, I’ll always remember Pam for her dedication and the great experience working with her.

  I worked with Pam as the lender from the buyer side. Pam was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. Like many Real Estate purchases, there are many moving parts. Pam's professionalism and unwavering grit to do right by her seller really stood fron and center. I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Pam for any selling and/or buying partnership. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!

  Second time working with Team Ratcliffe and both experiences have exceeded expectations. Pam helped me sell a house years ago and she and her team went above and beyond to ensure a quick and painless sale. Reached out to her for a purchase when we moved back into town recently and she treated us like family who'd never left. This time Marla worked with us, and she was amazing. In a tough market where houses were selling same day, she helped us find the right properties and orchestrate quick offers so we had a great shot at getting exactly what we wanted. It wasn't the quickest search because we had to wait for things to come available in the market and we adjusted our criteria as we went, but she was patient and always looked out for our best interests. We always felt well represented and really well taken care of. Can't recommend Marla and Team Ratcliffe any more highly. They are genuinely great people who will work tirelessly to get you where you want to go, and they'll treat you like family.

  My wife and I strongly recommend working with Matt and Joe. They did an excellent job helping us purchasing our first apartment. While we qualified for a VA loan, the process was intricate and lengthly, to where we could not close within 30 days. Yet Matt and Joe were closely involved with our lender as well as the seller, and obtained the necessary extensions without any penalties. Matt and Joe came across as articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and pleasant. I also have to mention that our offer was accepted at the price that we wanted to. To such end, I liked Matt's effort of writing a few comments to the seller about who my wife and I are.
