  I have lived at bart plaza for 3 years and it is the worst management and the maintenance workers is unexperienced.. dog pooped always be in the dog park, when something go wrong they never fix any problems with your unit, when I moved out they charged me first and last month from my security deposit for water,garbage, and sewer and my place was spotless clean when I moved out.. they did not charge me for a cleaning fee but they only charged me for sewage water and garbage fee was $320 which that was crazy. When I first moved there that was not mentioned that I have to pay water, garbage, and sewage fee for first and last month when it was time to move out.The rent will go up $150 to $200 every year.They went through three different property managers in 3 years since I've been living there but I had to move.. 3 years ago it was very nice living there but now it is not.. do your research apartment search before you make the wrong move so you can't regret living there because at the end of the day you will not be happy living there because that is the reason why everybody is moving away from that apartment.

  He was very efficient and kind. In addition, to repairing the heater he cleaned it. I am so grateful for the service I received from him.

  I'm really impressed with the property mgr Olivia and the maintenance staff they really take good care and pride of fixing any issues we may have.Thumbs up Olivia thanks

  One of the worst places to live, even for your own guess. Tenants & Guest are subject to harassment and verbal abuse when entering and exiting building "who are you, where you going" comments from management and a random person on motorized cart video recording with his phone. Renters beware, you have been warned, if your looking into this location to live save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
