- SRSushant RassayOct 12, 20251.0This is a good apartment to stay in but their leasing office is incompetent. We are still due our share of the deposit that they owe us post move-out. We still haven’t received our check since moving out, everytime I call them they make excuses about sending the check to our address and everytime it fails reaching us. Even though we have provided them with the correct address on multiple occasions! We get our forwarded mails on time everytime, surprising how we never got our check. People moving in here, this is a good safe community to live in but it really matters how well a community smoothens the move out process INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT RETURN PROCESS which Montecito had failed to do!!!

It’s seriously the perfect spot and affordable. Every time we’ve had a Maintenence request it’s fixed the same day. If you’re looking for a great apartment it’s def these 😍
- CMColleen MooreMar 29, 20221.0I have been a resident at montecito for nearly three years and the leasing office and management has been horrible throughout. The staff has the fastest turn over rate I’ve ever seen so it is impossible to keep in contact with someone about an issue, they do not answer emails, and the phone number on the website is out of service. So if you need to contact the office, you need to put in a lot of work to even find the correct number. Today I also learned that the security service that is forwarded calls from the leasing office (once you find the right phone number) doesn’t even serve this community anymore. So this resort-style apartment complex has no reachable security if there is any kind of issue. We have had constant issues with a neighbor that the office “handled” after dozens of attempts at contacting the office to let them know only for absolutely nothing to change. I could tell you about the apartments, but it isn’t even worth it because of the irresponsible and unresponsive management.
