  Great apartment complex in a very nice area! I am moving out due to work, but wanted to leave a review before I left. Pros: - Incredibly quiet building. All the walls and floors are extremely thick, so I hear close to nothing in my apartment. - Excellent floor plans and size. Very spacious and my Golden Retriever dog was very happy with the space. - Kind management! Michele is excellent for management and any requests I had were fixed rapidly. - Lovely pool! Going to miss the pool for sure and the size and space of the complex. - Friendly neighbors. Never had a negative interaction - For some units, you can get an amazing view of the bay. - Super easy guest parking. There is a ton of street parking for guests. - Amazing location right on 280! My work commute was 5 minutes. Cons: - Probably ruined all other apartment complexes for me with how happy I was here.

  Please note that nearly all positive reviews were earned by the prior property owners and management (5 years ago). I have lived at this complex for six years and have dealt with a condescending property manager and a revolving door of assistants. The current assistant named, Ben, is totally unprofessional. He is late every single day and leaves early when the property manager is not there. Repeated requests are ignored or blown off. He is smug, and locks himself in the office when he is responsible for manning it on his own. He doesn’t bother to learn anything about the complex and provides misinformation to new tenants. I asked for my lease to be sent to him and he told me to “remind” him in the morning. I guess he believes I work for him? Long-term tenants are not valued here. They have also begun to double their pet rent from $75 to $150 per pet a month (which is capitalizing on unchartered legislation) and sneak it into their 100+ page lease for renewal. The money you DO pay to have a pet here is certainly not going towards the mud bowl of a dog park on site. Despite bringing this to the property manager’s attention, nothing changes. Dog owners in this complex do not use it. You can also forget having the right for a walk through at the end of your lease term, and common courtesy or basic customer service is not to be expected. I do not recommend this property because of the management staff. However, the property itself is a special place.

  It’s great place to live at this time, very safe and clean, improved a lot seeing lot of changes in recreation facilities hope will be open soon. Thanks to Michele Najmabadi doing great job.

  Murray and the team at Skyline Terrace have been overwhelmingly helpful, from the moment I first toured the property. The rental process was painless (I think it literally took just a couple hours to get everything set up). Murray worked with my mover to ensure an easy move-in and he and Alfredo, the maintenance supervisor, were extremely responsive in resolving a couple of minor issues that I noticed after move-in. (And I am thrilled with the views from all of the main rooms.) I'm looking forward to calling Skyline Terrace home.

  I am so happy at Skyline! The location is perfect for me - close to 280 - and yet it's still quiet at night. I don't hear any road noise at all. I wanted a larger apartment with a shady deck and I got it. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, even coming to work early so I could pick up my keys due to early arrival of the moving company. I feel fortunate to be here.
