  My family and I havee been involved in real estate since the late '80s. Over all those years, one thing's been constant: working with Marty Halfon is just different. Marty isn't just an agent; he himself has also been involved as an owner in multiple assets such as He's single family homes which he would buy, refurbish and sell as well as multifamily properties throughout the years that I’ve known Marty therefore he gets it from both sides. Add in a lifetime in Beverly Hills, and his knowledge is invaluable. I've worked with Marty on just about everything you can think of: development projects, commercial deals, investment properties, and residential. Every time, he brings sharp instincts, deep knowledge, and a straight shooter's approach that makes the process smoother for everyone. One thing I love is the way his mind works. He's always one step ahead. What I respect most is his focus as it's about getting the deal done in a way that works for everyone. But above all, it's his integrity. He puts clients first, period. I can honestly say you won't find anyone more committed or trustworthy in Beverly Hills real estate.

There is nobody who knows Beverly Hills real estate (and most of West LA) better than Marty and nobody as well connected to valuable resources to help get any job or business project done, in almost any sector.
