Very disappointing service since management changed to Bridge from Avalon. Our washing machine hasn’t worked for six weeks despite three visits from maintenance (where they leave a big mess on our floors). There have been constant issues with elevators and stacker parking that management refuses to address even when we submit requests and visit the office in person. At one point they sealed all our windows shut and covered them in tarps for weeks without any notice. I was terrified to wake up to someone on scaffolding outside my fourth floor window. They added utilities to our bill that are not on our lease and shrugged when we brought it up. Definitely illegal.
Do not move here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since the building changed from Avalon to View Point everything has gone downhill. The elevator rarely ever works, it's constantly filthy, and the ownership made a huge amount of the units available to low income so there is constant nuisances. They don't properly clean or clean at all. The carpets are always dirty. They mop and leave pools of wet nasty water all over. Maintenance has never once responded to a single call. Never came to fix anything. The office rarely responds and can't even make sure their residents have accounts properly set up. The constant elevator issues is a huge problem and they've never once done anything to help residents or compensate for the lack of amenities. Raised prices and make residents responsible for fees we shouldn’t be. All water and trash is split so even if you use sparingly you will have to pay for the wasteful tendencies of others. No exaggeration I would never recommend anyone moves here. Steer clear!
