- NGNorma GarciaAug 1, 20251.0Beware if renting house 7413 Cedarcrest Ave. Rented and lived there for 6yrs. The neighbor to the right who is named Gonzalo and his daughter Angelica are the worst. We are a quiet family. No parties no loud noises. Super quiet and private.They would harass me and my husband. Look through the backyard fence and watch my kids play. Angelica would steal our trash cans and mail. Gonzalo likes to cut the grass and spray it with weed killer. Gardner told him multiple times to stop and he continues. Gonzalo loved to open the side gate and welcome himself to the backyard and inside the garage. We bought locks for everything. I've called cops, filed police reports and a civil harassment restraining order. Rms has done and will do nothing. All they care about is collecting the money. Save your money and rent somewhere else. I have hundreds of videos of the harassment and evidence. My family finally made it out and Angelica followed us to the new home. Crazy! Filed a lawsuit. I write this review in hopes of saving another family the nightmare we have to live through. The harassment continues!. And yes l called RMS multiple times to voice my concerns and was always told to call the police.

When repairs need to be done, they postpone them for months....with their own crew. Do not rent here do not be an owner here. Their billing practices have been suspect for years.
