  I’ve been a resident here for close to five years. My experience here has been amazing. I love the small community feel and how quiet it is. Everybody from the leasing office to the maintenance team has made living here a great experience. Natalie has been exceptional to work with whenever I have any issues or problems that need to be resolved. I love how the community is always clean and how there is plenty of guest parking for friends and family to visit. Whenever I hear somebody mention moving to a new place, I always mention Alize. There is a reason why most of the neighbors keep renewing here for years. The staff and community itself really make this place a home!

  Living at Alize has been a great experience. I recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and couldn’t be happier. When we started looking for a two bedroom, the layout we wanted was not available so we waited until one became available because we didn’t want to leave Alize. In most apartment complexes you will find similar layouts and amenities but you don’t always find a home. What makes Alize different from other complexes I have lived in is the staff. From the front office to maintenance every single person is friendly and helpful. Natalie is the one who handled our transfer and who I work with most often. She goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns are addressed and we are happy. This is something that is really important to me because I have lived in other complexes where it would take days if not weeks just to get a response, I have never had this issue with Alize they are on top of it! Some other things I love about living here is the communication and the cleanliness. If anything is going on in the complex, we get a notification ahead of time with clear communication via email and resident portal. The complex is always clean and well maintained. I love that it is pet friendly, there are many dogs in the complex and there are plenty of areas to walk them. All the areas for pets have bags and trash cans to keep the areas clean. The community is family friendly and there is plenty of guest parking. If you are looking for a safe quiet community Alize is the place to be!

  I had to out of town for an unplanned family funeral. The Alize Staff were able to assist me in taking care of my 2 dogs and cat. It’s great to know that Alize has professionals in taking care of pets. I was able to handle family business without worrying about the care of my little ones. Alize also took care of my little one’s when I was hospitalized unexpectedly great staff

  We have the best maintenance team and customer service representative in Alize community. Management team is very approachable and kind. This is the reason Alize has long term resident like myself. Thank You Alize team.
