  One of the best things about living at Alicante is the maintenance team. Last week, Jose came by and fixed a couple of things in my apartment. He was so pleasant and professional from start to finish, and it honestly felt like chatting with a friend. I was amazed to learn how long he has been with Alicante, and it really showed in how quickly and efficiently he handled the repairs. A great maintenance team is key to the success of any apartment community, and Alicante truly struck gold with theirs.

  I just moved out to OC for a new job and Kendra at the leasing office was absolutely amazing from start to finish through the process. It made the biggest difference when looking at housing to have someone greet me on the property, show me around, answer all my questions and be so responsive throughout the entire leasing process. I move in this weekend and am so excited to call Alicante Apartments in Aliso Viejo my new home! 🥰

  We’ve been living in this building and it’s been a wonderful experience. The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The management team is amazing — always kind and helpful. The assistant manager, Samaneh, is very nice and always professional. Serika is also a very kind, friendly, and helpful person. We really appreciate how well everything is managed. Highly recommended!

  I met Samaneh Nourai as assistant manager recently, and I was really impressed. She was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I m really glad to have someone like her in our community.

  Everything was fantastic! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our apartment was ready by move in date. One window was not washed on the outside, but when we brought it to their attention it was washed by the next day. My only criticism is that when we moved in the garage floor was not cleaned. Then the next day, we put our car in and floor was clean but we found two nails on the floor. I called the leasing office to bring it to their attention, but the next day we found two more nails. Finally, the following day my wife found 2 nails just outside the garage.
