And if there is ever a problem, or some maintenance to be done, the staff respond right away, there is great communication, and they get the job done efficiently. We have been living here for a couple of years now and we're very happy.

Currently, the maintenance has gone downhill and doesn’t exist. Our heater was broken all through the winter, and the air conditioner is broken through the summer. July 15th and the windows in this building haven’t been cleaned. It’s embarrassing to have guest over and upsetting to live here lately. Start caring about your tenants and your reputation.
- DCdaniela castellanosSep 8, 20231.0Really bad management. Parking lot is supposed to be secured and they have “cameras” but management refuses to check them if asked. My first car was broken into and I never figured out what happened because management didn’t care enough to check cameras. My dryer machine hasn’t worked since I moved here (2+ years ago) I have to put over 6 hours for a single load to dry properly. They also claim to be 24/7 management but it takes them over 4 days to respond a single email or text! I stay here because of the location which is the one good thing about it.
