For the price we feel we received quite an amazing home and all the options made us feel this was a custom home. We really appreciated ALL the staff we worked with at Pulte. They were friendly, communicative and positive. I know there are many horror stories out there with builders but I can say with certainty that will not be the case with Pulte.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional personal attention, outstanding communication, and clarity of the building process that we received from Travis and Mary Beth, as well as the loan process guidance provided by Brett B. During the construction phase, Travis proved to be an invaluable resource. He took the time to provide us with detailed explanations, ensuring that we were well-informed about every aspect of our home, including the frame, materials used, systems, and warranty. He had a lot of attention to detail and gave me confidence from the very beginning that I was getting a home of the highest quality. I also want to extend a special thanks to Mary Beth in Sales. Her dedication and responsiveness were truly out of this world. She went above and beyond to ensure that we received prompt responses, even when she was out of the office. Since I was often out of town, Mary Beth and Travis would regularly send me pictures of the construction progress, which I greatly appreciated.
