Every time I talk with someone from the Aubrey staff, they are nothing but nice. Looking forward to renewing my lease. Only downside is parking for guests but it’s manageable
- ACAmy ChenNov 24, 20253.0Lived here for a little over 2 years. The maintenance team is really great and kind, but there were too many downsides to justify living here for the price you’re paying. Not enough parking for guests so plan ahead, there’s always one elevator down so prepare to take stairs, walls above and beneath you are thin so you will hear your neighbors, and they will do whatever it takes to not give you your security deposit back. Mind you I never trashed my place and always kept my place clean, they just would rather find a way to not give your deposit back to you if they can help it. They continue to raise rent even though the place continues to have the same repeated issues. At one point, the parking garage gate was open for nearly a month because it kept breaking. Big security risk. Also homeless people are a fan of the garage and stairwells in the winter if that’s a big deal for you but never encountered any hostility. The turnover with management is high and the new manager will always try to fix the place and make it better but nothing ever really changes. Every apartment has their issues but I think there are better places in the area for comparable prices.
