Whether it is a coffee bar downstairs, or a day at the pool, or studying with a friend theres so many amenities to take advantage of. Their Maintenance team is very on top of things and anyone will help out with any questions! This was my first apartment and it has been an amazing experience thanks to Nine20!

- SNSharon NepstadDec 8, 20251.0My daughter and her roommates came back to their apartment about a week ago to find that the fob on their apartment door had malfunctioned so they couldn't get in. They called maintenance, who arrived six hours later. My daughter and her roommates waited in the hallway for six hours! The next day, I called and left a message for management, asking them to return my call. They never did. In addition, when I moved my daughter in at the start of the school year, the hallways were filled with garbage for days and the floors were so dirty that our shoes were sticking to the floor. I do not recommend due to the poor customer service and maintenance and unresponsive management.
