As a bit of a perfectionist, I really appreciate how smooth, clean, and easy they made my move-in. They even followed up to help with a few final items afterward. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of care here and highly recommend The View at Cascade.

She just has a way about her that lets you know she cares. She has been calling me by name since shortly after she arrived here. That impressed me that she actually remembered my name so quickly. She worked hard when she arrived to make the transition of a new property manager seamless. She did that and more! I love having her here! She always is so friendly and whenever I have had any challenges here (which hasn’t been much), I know she hears me and she will do whatever she can to fix it. I appreciate that so much! I come down for coffee in the mornings and her and I get to chat and I love that part of my day! Jen really makes living at The View easy and comfortable! Thank you 😊

- LMLuke MorganOct 7, 20255.0Gosh, where do I start!! I am moving into my 4th year here at Cascade. I still love it the same way I did on my first day here. I started on the second floor, moved to the 5th floor and am now moving into my second unit here on the 5th floor. Kris & Greg from Maintenance are outstanding. They have gone above and beyond tasking any request or maintenance issue I have, or that I throw their way… I’ve had some crazy requests! I was bummed when Lian Hughes our property manager had left Cascade. I was nervous about who would step in. Jen Sylvester introduced herself to me within her first few days on property. I was immediately gifted with a sense of relief! I could tell based off simple conversation that she was professional, upfront and honest, and cared about us residents. Those were huge key points for me. Months later and Jen has seriously been tremendous and beneficial to this community. I appreciate her endless efforts to take charge of this property for the better! Thank you Jen! Thank you Kris & Greg! Thank you Cascade Team!!
- EEEric EJun 11, 20255.0I moved in a week ago. The whole team is awesome and made moving from out of state easy. Dustin was amazing from the start. Helpful, professional and understanding . Once I got here, I booked the hotel next door for a week while apt was being cleaned etc. Jen(manager) and Dustin let me move in a couple days earlier which was a great help. The building is beautiful and well maintained. Also, when I inspected my unit the day I moved in, I had some minor things that needed adjustments. After inspection I went to grab my dog and check out of hotel Nextdoor. I was gone maybe 10-12 min. When I entered my apartment the maintenance team had already been there, fixed the items on my list and left… I’ve lived in alot of complexes… Never have I experienced this from maintenance. Thank you Jen, Dustin and the maintenance guys. You guys are rockstars!
