  I had a wonderful experience while looking for an apartment. Mychael was extremely helpful and attentive, guiding me through every step of the process day by day. He made everything so much easier. I also really loved the apartments and the social areas — they are modern, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Highly recommend

  Came here as a delivery driver and was met by a leasing agent who was very put out and annoyed when I asked her to lead me to where the package lockers are. Pretty embarrassing this place has leasing agents that are representing this property in this manner.

  I really love living here but the new screens are pretty unfortunate. They always inform us of changes but this is the one time they didn’t and now I know why. Corporate refuses to remove them and I’m even nervous to leave this review because I’m hearing that they are threatening tenants with eviction for leaving honest reviews. They cannot retaliate for that. I hope they listen to the community here because I can’t think of a single tenant that is happy about this change. If you drive around, there are no other complexes that have these screens. Really disappointed in corporate.

  Living here was fine until management suddenly installed new BLACK OUT window screens on all the exterior windows without warning. My apartment used to be a bright and lively space from all the natural light, but now the screens make it so dark that my upstairs apartment is gloomy, depressing, and feel like l'm living in a basement... it's unlivable for a human and even my plants are dying from lack of light. Also from the outside the whole complex looks like a prison!! You can see how little management cares about the well-being of its residents based on their responses (not only from the conversations I have had with them on the phone, but also evident from their responses to these reviews). I have spoken with many of my neighbors who feel the same way and we are attempting to start a petition and/or get legal involved now since management doesn't seem to care. This place is terrible now. Do not even bother touring and definitely don't live here.

  I've had an excellent time with the staff, maintenance has effectively always been within 24 hours, lovely grounds. However, looking at current rates, it's much more expensive than when I signed my lease a few months ago. I'm very happy at my current price but I don't know if I'd be as happy if I were on their current rates.
