  We are so lucky to have worked with Christine for the purchase of our home. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. In the end, with everything we had described to her of what we were looking for, she found us the perfect place that satisfied everything on our list.   Christene was able to sell my home as is for a great profit , and I referred a friend to her and she also sold his property for a lot more than they expected . She is a great realtor and she really cares about her clients .

  Working with Christine Gioia has been one of the worst experiences of my life during a low point, post divorce from a domestic violence situation. Christine has been appointed to sell my home via a court order from my ex husband, abuser. She was chosen at random by my abuser's attorney and I didn't have a say in the matter. As an inactive realtor I can only describe Christine's work as: lacking in attention to detail and inconsistent. Because Christine did not earn this listing she has continued to cut corners and treat me with the utmost disrespect. During our transaction many of my concerns have been ignored and dismissed. Christine fails to respond to questions via text or email in a timely manner. She has gone radio silent for 5-7 days during the most important parts of our transaction only to then appear and behave as though this is the normal standard of care from a realtor. When she finally does respond to direct questions she is prone to be defensive and lacking in accountability. I can attest to the being lied to a number of times because Christine is unable to accept responsibility for her many errors. As if the inconsistent standard of service was not bad enough, Christine has treated me like absolute garbage and has had a second set of much higher standards in how she treats my ex husband, abuser. She has yelled at me and told me I am not caring for my home, she's muted me during zoom meetings because I was attempting to speak over her yelling and theatrical hysteria. She's attempted to use panic tactics to get me to side with her many negative opinions. Her inability to communicate and problem solve like an adult in a professional manner has harmed our transaction as we lost a prospective buyer during the most critical time (the first 30 days) of our listing. I haven't even gotten the accurate story of what actually happened and how we lost the buyer. The story continues to evolve in the direction that makes losing the buyer my fault. I wouldn't hire Christine to walk my dogs or mop my floors.
