- TTTanjaOct 23, 20255.0These apartments are great, especially for staff working at Mayo Clinic - Scottsdale, which is two miles away. The rent prices are really great for the location, the grounds are beautiful (the crew really does an amazing job) and the staff, Jayden especially and Emily, go above and beyond. Very patient, understanding and really do their best to help new tenants find the best fit. Big thanks to them! This is probably the case everywhere (I’m new to renting after quite a long time) but, to the company, I’d say the amount of fees and indirect costs are substantial and almost stopped me from renting here. Ex., no one I’ve talked to likes having to pay for concierge garbage services. There should be an option to opt out. Leaving garbage out also attracts javelina, who knock over and eat/spread garbage. I hope that’s something the company will consider. I imagine it makes a great deal of money for them but it’s a huge dissatisfier.

Jaden and Emily worked with me so patiently and always with a great attitude no matter the questions I had. Cabrillo is very lucky to have these girls, it makes me feel very at ease knowing I’ll be moving to a place with great customer service. Can’t wait :)
