  My wife and I were looking for a rental in Prescott, AZ and had a phone call with Rebecca. We were selling our home and looking to relocate to the area. She was very rude and unwilling to assist. She seemed very eager to capture the application fee but was unwilling to do much more beyond that. Every question we had was met with an attitude of “umm, yeah, that’s not something we do”. If anybody else moving from out of state is considering this company, just know that they require you to walk the property in person and will not offer a virtual tour like other companies do. So save your application fee and avoid them

  We rented a house in Prescott for right after the Christmas holiday. Our contract was never sent and I had to call a few times to get it sent so we could sign it. When we arrived at the home we found a propane gas leak. I spoke with Sarah and she walked me through the process of trying to figure out if it was a constant leak or just residual gas. I followed her procedure and it turned out it was a constant leak. Half of our party had to leave due to headaches. Eventually we all had to leave because it was unsafe to stay at the home overnight. I called Sarah back and let her know we would have to leave. She offered a full refund but never offered an alternate place to stay. This was later called into question by Kristen who stated she did. This was a blatant lie as I record my phone calls. We all had to pay for a hotel room in Prescott for the night as it was late and we had a long drive ahead of us to get home with small children. My mother who was in our party later followed up with Kristen regarding reimbursement for the hotel rooms. Kristen was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Not to mention Kristen’s replies changed from we had the gas leak fixed to there was no gas leak. She refused to reimburse us for our hotel rooms and repeatedly cut my mother off. We are currently in talks with VRBO and are contacting the state's attorney generals office to file formal compliants. At the very least you should be professional when you have a company of any kind. Kristen and some of her staff failed miserably at doing the right thing and treating people with respect. I highly recommend anyone who does business with Northern PMI proceed with caution.

  Unfortunately I can only give one stars to PMI Northern AZ. We recently, (during Christmas vacation) booked a home in Prescott for three nights. Prior to arrival PMI of Northern AZ was very forthcoming with information and rules of the property. Upon arrival at the property it seemed like a lovely home with all the amenities mentioned. However once we entered the property and went from room to room we noticed one of the lower bedrooms which contained a gas fireplace smelled a very strong odor of gas. The fireplace was run by propane. We tried opening windows and doors and using a fan to no avail. We called PMI Northern AZ for assistance, Sarah from PMI walked us through the process of trying to figure out if it was a constant leak or just residual gas. After following her procedure it turned out to be a constant leak. By this time it was around 10 PM. They offered several solutions, none of which worked to stop the leakage which was coming from the fireplace. During this time several of us had to leave due to headaches. We all then decided it was not a safe environment for any of us especially three young children. Sarah offered a full refund for the rental of the home, but never offered an alternative as to where to stay that evening. We had to look for a place to sleep that evening. We had to find three rooms, we split between two hotels for a grand total of $601.98. We tried to no avail to be compensated for this amount which was denied both by PMI Northern AZ, VRBO and the homeowner. The representative from PMI Northern AZ, Kristen, was quite rude and unprofessional. First she stated that the leak "was fixed" in her next breath, "there was no leak" and proceeded to cut me off on any conversation concerning a hotel refund. She was quite disrespectful and failed miserably at doing "the right thing". I have used VRBO before and never received such poor communication from an employee. I definitely will think twice before using them again.

  So unprofessional! They called me bieng disrespectful and they have the audacity to hand up and when i call back the pick the phone up and hang up. They charged me a fee to brake my lease and still are making me carry out the lease when theyve done nothing to promote the building or anything. So there for i shouldnt be charged a fee. I call and ask for a call back and never get one. It sounds like such a toxic work place i feel sorry for rhea. That's probably why she got out of there and she was the most professional one.
