  Staff was nice but the building is very cheaply and poorly built. I should not hear my neighbors every cough, sneeze, fart, when they flush their toilet, alarm clock go off! The owners of the building really don’t seem to care about upkeep either. The entire time I lived there, they did not have air filters available to change. When I asked about this, I was told that the owners did not want to purchase them because they were too expensive in an odd size. I had to go out and buy and make my own. The appliances are absolutely garbage as well. I could not use my freezer cause it would constantly automatically defrost and I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. I ended up having to have to go buy a freezer to store my frozen items in. The countertops were never properly sealed so the tenant before me I could tell let’s soap drip on the count that left a ring.

  Terrible experience trying to rent here. They have no qualms misleading applicants on move in time and kept my money ($300) even though they were not able to give me a unit. They pushed back my move in date over 3 months. Evil company with no care for people’s livelihoods.

  I’d leave no stars as my experience at 2051 apartments was awful. First of all, there is no peace and quiet in your unit. From heavy footsteps above to sound bars on the wall of the unit next door, the sounds resonate through the floors and walls making it impossible to have a good night sleep or the need to study quietly. Often times there is a humming through the walls which the maintenance explained to me is the wind tunnel of the dryer exhaust and that they would install a filter to help stop the sound without any success. I placed curtains over the blinds to help absorb sound. I placed area rugs through the apartment to help absorb sound. I even went as far as purchasing sound absorbing foam, and it didn’t work. I complained to the front office a few times but it never changed the heavy footsteps from upstairs or the tenants next to me gaming with loud bass through the walls. Once my lease was over I was glad to leave. This was my largest problem. Other issues I had was loose dogs and dog poop near my car. I once got stuck in the mail room as the magnetic door was malfunctioning. Took them an hour to open the door. And my key fob wasn’t working once to get into my apartment. Luckily someone was exiting and I snuck in. The pool is not heated so don’t get sold on that either. Main thing here is it not a place that offers quiet. The rent is not worth the noise problems.
