  Where do I even start?! Dennis helped me get into a rental property a few years ago and I saved his number for when we decided to buy. Dennis goes above and beyond and has assembled a wonderful team to help you with every question or concern. They made this whole process absolutely effortless. So much so that we were concerned we werent doing enough. Dennis listened to what we wanted as buyers and found everything we needed. He knows exactly what he is doing and will move heaven and earth to help you get your dream home! We found our dream home that we weren't even sure we could get into but his coaching helped us get exactly what we wanted! We will be lifelong clients of Dennis and he is not only a fantastic realtor but a wonderful friend. Greatful is an understatement and I am 100% positive you will not find a better realtor to help you.

  Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with..AGAIN!! Dennis helped me and my girlfriend buy our first home two years ago. When the thought come to us about selling we immediately reached out to him. He gave us great insight into the current market which helped us with the decision to sell, with no pressure from him. Our house was listed and sold in less then two weeks from our initial conversation! We shot for the moon with our asking price and he got it for us, making us an amazing profit!!! Which we are using on our new house currently being built, which again Dennis is working with us on with his absolutely attention and dedication. We'd reccomend him to anyone, he's a equally an amazing person and realtor. Reach out to him!!!!

  Dennis Baldwin was an outstanding realtor and guide throughout our entire homebuying process. We started slowly in the summer of 2018 but didn't put an offer on any home until the end of November. He was patient with us while we started getting our ducks in a row. He was never pushy and he never interjected his own opinion or bias about any house or choice we were making. He struck a balance between giving us all the information we needed to make a decision and then letting us make our decision. He was always very quick to answer our phone calls or texts, and if he didn't know an answer, Dennis would find out. He advocated on our behalf, negotiated an amazing deal for us, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our new home and deal we got. I would definitely recommend Dennis to you!

  If you got to this site look no further. This man is the best there is. My wife and I was out looking for houses on our own when we stumbled across a house not on our list. We go inside and there is Dennis Baldwin showing this house. He asked us if we had a Realtor we said no just have this list of homes we are interested in. He asked if he could go with us to look at them we said yes. He went to every house we wanted to see and was so patient with us. He done so much homework checking into things if it had some issues.Finally we found a house and Dennis even helped us find someone that could help us with the financing. What a great guy you wont be disappointed.
