  I had an excellent experience at Villas on Olive. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and very well located. Kenia was amazing — she gave us a great tour and made the entire application process so easy. Highly recommended!

  These apartments are really nice and look exactly like the pictures posted online. Our unit is very up to date and clean. We want to thank Steven Manos for being professional and going out his way to make sure we got moved in today. The entire property staff were professional and made the move in process very easy. Thank you for having our family apart of the community.

  Muy mal servicio tengo 2 meses esperando que me devuelvan el depósito de mi apartamento y solo me salen con vueltas desde la semana 2 que tenía que llegar

  I stayed here lasted whatever months because of the bars teenagers disturbing the peace and people not picking up after animals and people showing up without telling me rent being incredibly overboard letting my mom come over and Barbara Kash to put her name on my lease when its ruined because of barb everytime she cant afford it I moved out already people kept looking at me the whole time the women used the men for a place to stay questioning me everytime I went outside parked in the wrong spaces they cant afford a Tesla? And there's an apartment place right next to it there's moms in there with men not working and the list goes on and on put us right near a liqour store and there's no peace and quiet over the holidays its like good luck they continuously let police come over because of my mother Barbara Kash who wont get medical treatment and the neighbors kept wanting to come over and wouldn't stop bothering me like I cant believe they allow barb to do all this all the time I throw out every piece of mail I thought the neighbors would break into my home never giving a family member a key of mine ever again! Like everytime I move in somewhere my health gets worse I know what to expect the air conditioning and heating was awful like I cannot believe they listened to barb this entire time Barbara Kash! She has two kids in chicago they dont speak to her its like bye!

  This is such a great place to live, I haven't had any actual problems the entire time I've lived here. All my neighbors are very genuine and nice, the staff is very attentive, the maintenance comes so quickly the few times I've needed them for minor issues. It's also a great location if you have kids since its close to school and parks. Very glad I ended up moving here when I came to AZ and you will be glad you also moved here!!
