The prices have been the exact same all year yet they charge us market rent for a 3 bedroom even though we have a 2 bedroom. They don't maintain the backyard AT ALL. They charge for valet trash and hardly come. Parking spaces are far as heck. Overall horrible place to live.

We want to thank Steven Manos for being professional and going out his way to make sure we got moved in today. The entire property staff were professional and made the move in process very easy.
