  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have lived here for a year and the only reason I am leaving is because my job requires me to move out of state. Since I have lived here, I received only the nicest customer service! Everytime I walk into the office, I am greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcomed! Kadijah, Michael and Jabari are always accommodating, willing to listen and are transparent in their interactions. The maintenance team is beyond amazing! Dave and Keith are like family and I am going to miss them! They responded to requests quickly, professionally and also delivered great customer and knowledgeable service! Whenever I would see them when I was walking my two little dogs, they always waved and said hello. The community feeling at Sky@P83 is a family-friendly one. I highly recommend this complex to anyone! They made my living experience in Arizona a fantastic one! I couldn't have asked for better! They treat their residents with respect, keep the grounds as clean, and they are worth what you pay! Thank you again Kadijah, Michael, Jabari, Dave and Keith for making my living experience a great one! Jackie C.

  We have lived at this property for over 4 years. We have had homeless people living in an apartment under us rented by the church across the street, roach infestation that mangement refused to deal with--to the point where we had to buy chemicals and treat our own space. No updates or upgrades in 4 years. NONE of my appliances actually match and 4 out of the 5 need to be replaced because they are outdated and not at all effecient. This is not a luxury apartment. The neighbors in the bld next door regularly scream at all hours and between 83rd Ave and the 101, you can hardly enjoy using your patio because of the noise. On our last re-up, we noticed the monthly price on our new lease was $100 more than the rack rate at the time and thought that it was wierd but signed it because of time constraints. When we expressed an interest recently in transferring to another CVG property and were told that we would have to pay the application fees, re-deposit and other fees even though those fees were being waived for new renters. We have had to stop getting personal mail here because it all gets lost. And if you really want to see how much the property is taken care of, go look at the 2nd pool and it's condition. People let their dog poop anywhere and everywhere--including their balconies and mgmt does nothing about it. Luxury from the outside but look closely because from the inside its not so much luxury.

  The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. The amenities—like the pool, gym, and community lounge—are top-notch and always well-maintained. Plus, the location is perfect, close to shops and parks. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

  this is a terrible place to stay under this so called "prestigious management" they don't know what they are doing and can't give a straight answer to anything. was promised a security deposit refund at move out and then when move out came they put it under a transfer fee. pool area is not maintained and the staff don't care about you. took me two weeks just to get a mail key! i also requested to get my sink fixed and told management multiple times but they never sent maintenance to check it out. Also their prices are ridiculously high for what they offer! go somewhere else to rent!
