- LSLiu ShendaSep 8, 20251.0You have no idea how terrible it is after you move out. After I moved out they didn’t refund my deposit and told me there’s couple damages.. I went back to leasing office and the employee even said those are not damages and will refund me, at the end they said I need to pay my water bill and cleaning fee, but never showed me the final water bill. I spent 5 hours to clean the apartment and I can say it’s really clean I have no idea which part I can be charged 190 dollars. Terrible management and be careful when you move out because you will never get your deposit back.
