- LSLiu ShendaSep 8, 20251.0You have no idea how terrible it is after you move out. After I moved out they didn’t refund my deposit and told me there’s couple damages.. I went back to leasing office and the employee even said those are not damages and will refund me, at the end they said I need to pay my water bill and cleaning fee, but never showed me the final water bill. I spent 5 hours to clean the apartment and I can say it’s really clean I have no idea which part I can be charged 190 dollars. Terrible management and be careful when you move out because you will never get your deposit back.

Both Ebony and April were very helpful from the first time I came in to take a tour, to helping make sure everything went smooth during my move in. I highly recommend Grandstone at Sunrise to anyone that likes to have a nice and quiet place to live.

But once I met Mrs Sunni and her wonderful personality I forgot about my troubles. Mrs Sunni took care of all my needs and waking into the apartment it felt right I went to several including Scottsdale but they didn't give me that welcome like Grandstone has given me. I choose to stay here due to the warm welcome and it felt safe. I look forward to move in day.
