They destroyed the lock mechanism, handles, door panel and speaker, and stole a metal sword (worth $200+). Police have been notified and would like the management to please contact me to get footage was park right here at these spots in the covered parking silver pathfinder
- CCcody czajkaOct 4, 20251.0After finishing up a one year lease here I am very glad to be out of this place and the main issue is with the builders. Besides the location being amazing everything was extremely rushed being built. The laundry racks can’t even hold any small amount of weight without falling off, the toilet paper holders and towel holders also fell out. The glue that was used in the showers in the master bathrooms started leaking out and staining the shower. All the caulking around the floors cracked began cracking. This place also has a massive amount of fees. Nothing is included in the rent so be ready for at least $400 in fees on top of rent. The cracks in the shower are massive and water is definitely leaking into it which causes mold. I was the first person to move into this apartment and had high expectations so I was extremely disappointed with how bad this place was built. Also hired a professional cleaner that did an incredible job cleaning and I even asked the office for exactly how they wanted it cleaned and still got charged $200 for move out cleaning fees. I would seriously avoid renting here they will get every bit of money out of you possible.

I actually ended up doing all the work for them. Finding out I had zero issues with my previous Landlords and having to point that out to them after they failed to recognize that. Just horrible communication and a failure from them on wasting my time.
