Wow…
There has been no update or communication. The music is still playing at a high volume, and the walls continues to vibrate. I have not received an email or any form of follow-up. Given that we pay approximately $1,550 per month BASE RENT for our unit, this level of ongoing disturbance is unacceptable.

What an experience.
We moved into our unit at the end of October. It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath, and while several things went wrong at move-in, I won’t focus on those—because the complex actually did the absolute most to make up for that initial chaos.
What this review is about is the complete lack of urgency from management.
Within our first week of living in what should’ve been a beautiful, peaceful unit near the front of the complex, we were immediately met with extremely loud vibrations coming from our neighbor’s unit. These vibrations shake through our wall and have now been going on for over a month.
The noise constantly disrupts our day-to-day activities and affects our ability to relax in our own home. Even worse, it happens almost every night and morning, which has severely impacted our sleep and overall well-being.
Despite reporting this issue multiple times, we’ve received no real updates, no timeline, and—most importantly—no actual fix. We’re repeatedly told they are “actively working on it,” but those words mean nothing when we continue to deal with the same nonstop vibration every single day and night.
At this point, it feels like there’s been zero real action, just reassurance without results.

Lorenzo is truly the best maintenance person we’ve had! He is incredibly helpful and always responds very quickly. No matter if it’s a plumbing issue, an electrical problem, or anything else around the apartment, he fixes everything right away and does it properly. He really takes the time to understand the concern and resolves it instantly without any hassle. On top of that, he is super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to.

First (possibly second in a half week haven’t kept track 😭) and I’m happy so far, the maintenance guy, Lorenzo, is actually doing a better job than the last apartments we’ve been at, he actually does his job and is really nice! Though a problem I would like to address is our neighbor. He’s been acting a bit strange lately and makes me and my mother feel unsafe in our own home because of him showing rather violent behavior. Otherwise, I absolutely love the layout of this apartment and it’s quite well kept, hopefully it stays this way for the time we stay here✨
