They were supposed to be remodeling apartments with all these modern features but that stopped after about 10 apartments. It's very obvious that the people being moved in for the last 6 months are not the type of people you want as neighbors. But clearly they're catering to the cash only transaction crowd and skipping the criminal or credit check. Also what they won't tell you is all the car breakins here, and the "security" they have literally comes in and drives through the complex once and then spends 45 minutes sitting in the office.Bottom line is it's a "liveable" complex, but the rent has gotten insane for all the crime here.

She is the best property manager I’ve ever had since living here. She’s always in the office. She has a pleasant demeanor. She’s the most amazing manager. I could possibly imagine having in this building if you ever let her go. I will be giving my notice. Sincerely Terrie Bayard department 112 at 225 North Gilbert Rd.

If anyone wants a thorough tour please ask for Amy she was amazing! The apartments were very clean and overall I really like the process cannot wait to go through the full process in January and being part of this beautiful community
