Maintenance is amazing, they’re quick to fix things whenever you put in a ticket. The pool was nice to sit by. Never got the key to work for the gym so can’t comment on that.

They were supposed to be remodeling apartments with all these modern features but that stopped after about 10 apartments. It's very obvious that the people being moved in for the last 6 months are not the type of people you want as neighbors. But clearly they're catering to the cash only transaction crowd and skipping the criminal or credit check. Also what they won't tell you is all the car breakins here, and the "security" they have literally comes in and drives through the complex once and then spends 45 minutes sitting in the office.Bottom line is it's a "liveable" complex, but the rent has gotten insane for all the crime here.
