    We have been working with Stratton Vantage since 2016 and have been over all been very pleased with the group. We have gone through a few property managers assigned to us over the year and I have to say Katrina Briddle has been tops! Her response time is on point and always very professional. I appreciate her willingness to take time and answer questions, offering her professional lens but making sure she stays in her lane so to speak. In other words, here are some professional thoughts, now it is up to you.

    My husband and I had to unexpectedly move quickly after purchasing our home and we were so nervous about how to go about renting it out and the whole process. Stratton Vantage was recommended to us and we were sold on doing business with them after a long chat on the phone. Our property manager, Katrina Briddle, is fantastic, she's always quick to respond and has made this whole experience extremely streamlined and pain free. She has been our property manager for over a year now and we are very pleased with our experience. We highly recommend!

    I have worked with this Property Management company going on 4 years now, and they have provided stellar service. Anytime that I have had any issues (which have been very few) they are always immediately available. I have even received responses on the weekend when I figured I wouldn't hear anything until Monday. Katrina, has been my go to person, and she is always punctual and pleasant to work with.

    Katrina Briddle, has been my point of contact the last five years. And I have to say she has been such a pleasure to work with punctual and professional, and can get things done in a timely matter, especially when it’s coming from the tenant. She doesn’t only look in to the best interest of the company, She also looks into the best interest of the tenant. I’m glad I was able to build a relationship with Vantage property management.
