  The Ranches at Gunsmoke has been truly exceptional. This affordable living community offers single-family homes, duplexes, side-by-side two-bedroom/two-bath, and three-bedroom/two-bath townhomes. There is truly no other community like ours in Maricopa. While there may be other communities similar, they are market-rate and cannot compare to our affordable rental rates. The Ranches at Gunsmoke we offer comfortable living with a strong sense of community, incredible amenities, pet friendly, and a brand new build home that has your name on it. The Ranches at Gunsmoke has an amazing team—Crystal, our Leasing Agent; Angela, our Assistant Community Director; Kasi, our Community Director; and Lambert, our Lead Maintenance Technician. The staff will continuously ensures great customers services, keep the property looking great, and that all units repairs are handled promptly and professionally.   I came to review the property at Gunsmoke. It was a very nice place. I witnessed Angela who works in the office doing multiple things. She was taking care of people in office while helping new comers coming in as well with detail answers to their questions. She is definitely the right person for the job!!!!

  Being new to arizona my family and I were looking for a nice place to put down some roots. We tried many communities but each one was a disappointment. Then by chance I found The Ranches at Gunsmoke. I sent over an email and within a few minutes I received a call inviting me to come take a look. The ladies in charge here made my family feel like we belonged here. They worked early mornings and late nights to get us in as soon as possible. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced people with such dedication. Now this is where we call home and now I see all the disappointments were just guiding us here. Thank you Kasi, Crystal and everyone here. Now we’re home and we couldn’t be happier.

  I have had the best experience with applying for an apartment never like before. It was easy, fast, and efficient. Angela Archer has done an extraordinary job with helping us get into our soon to be home. She went the extra mile to show us different units to find the perfect one for my family and I. Not only that she did a wonderful job with not only helping us but those that were coming in while still respecting the time she had with us. She deserves a 10 star review for being amazing at what she does and for being so loyal to her community and the people in it! Great complex great people and amazing staff speaking for what Angela has shown to us! She is amazing!

  I’ve been looking for a place to call home and I believe Ive found it ! This place is absolutely amazing and the staff has been nothing but helpful! Angela is an absolute treasure.. from her warm welcome to watching her multitasking between clients and showing us ALL courteous service! This Made me feel like I was at the right place. No questions unanswered and pure love and honesty. Thank you for such a wonderful experience me and my little ones were very pleased with the gratitude and tour!
